Slide Tenants, 45 Gordon St. My name is Rafael and I recently moved to Moncton from Brazil with my wife Ana Clara. I discovered Moncton’s NBCC program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and we began to research Moncton to see if it could be a good fit for us.

After we made the decision official we started looking for places to live that were within walking distance of Grocery Stores, Bakeries, Pharmacies, and Public Transportation. We came across the Ashford Living website and started looking through to see the floorplans and information on 45 Gordon Street. A new building with elevators, underground parking, and in-suite laundry – we were sold and decided to apply. We reached out with some questions and within 24 hours we were set up on a FaceTime call with Ryan Gillespie who showed us around the unit that we wanted. When we arrived in Moncton, moving into 45 Gordon was easy – the elevators had enough room for our King Size bed and the unit layout has allowed us to be very creative with decorating and furnishing!
