What is required when I am ready to apply for an apartment?
You will need to complete an application that includes a photo ID, references and proof of income.
How long does the application process take?
We will review your application immediately, and respond within 48 hours.
Yes, there are two levels of indoor garage parking at 25 Lorentz.
Do I have storage for my bike and additional items?
Each paid parking spot includes a storage locker for bikes and other items in the underground parking area.
What if I only need to store my bike?
We will assess demand and create space as required at no charge.
Is there an area for visitor parking?
Yes, there is an identified area for visitors.
How do I pay my monthly rent?
Rent is paid on the same date each month using direct deposit.
What services or utilities are included in my rent?
Water and sewer are included for residents.
If I require maintenance, who do I contact?
We employ our own Ashford Living maintenance team. They can be contacted by phone or email.
What is the lost key/fob policy?
If you lose your key or fob, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.
What appliances are included in the monthly rent?
Each apartment has a fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer included.
Do you have a dedicated gym or workout area?
There is no gym facility at 25 Lorentz, but there are several gyms and wellness facilities nearby.
Are there furnished apartments available?
No, residents must provide their own furnishings.
Are pets allowed?
Cats, and Dogs under 25 lbs, are both allowed at 25 Lorentz. The dog must be part of the initial visit, or the dog owners are required to provide papers from their vet documenting the weight of their pet.
Do I require proof of Renters Insurance?
Yes, all residents must provide proof of renters insurance prior to move-in.
Is smoking tobacco, cannabis or other related products allowed on the premises?
No 25 Lorentz is dedicated to providing a smoke-free living experience.
